SP-II-0240 external gear spur gear slewing drive is used in construction machinery. The working conditions
are high speed, large torque, unstable output torque, large impact load, all-weather use, the application site environment is very bad. According to the customer’s working conditions, we designed the SP-II-0240 slewing drive, in order to cope with the complex and changeable force conditions, the slewing drive is designed to be strengthened, the slewing bearing, gears and other key components are strengthened too.
Customers do not have special requirements for accuracy, but we still choose to make relatively high precision products, with high accuracy and stable operation, compact coordination between components, under high impact load conditions, the slewing drive service life is longer. Unique Transmission will regularly track products under such complex working conditions, monitor the use of each component and continuously improve the design based on feedback from use, strengthen damageable parts and make up for short boards, so that the slewing drive has excellent comprehensive performance.
