SPC Waterproof Flooring Description
1. What is SPC Flooring?
SPC flooring, is also called SPC vinyl flooring, Rigid vinyl flooring. Its main material are stone powder, polyvinyl chloride and stabilizer, which combined by the unique formula to form a stable composite material.

SPC Flooring Production Process
1. Mixing
Automatic metering according to the mixing ratio of raw materials → hot high-speed mixer (hot mixing temperature: 125ºC, the goal is to mix all materials uniformly, and remove moisture from the material) → cold mixing (cooling materials

2. Extrusion
Add the twin-screw extruder for heating extrusion → enter the sheet die head for extrusion molding, the formed sheet passes through the four-roller calender, and the base material reaches fixed thickness → pasted with color film → pasted with wear-resistant layer → cooled → cut

Surface UV → tempering (tempering hot water temperature: 80 ~ 120 ºC; cold water temperature: 10 º
