Spiral Classifier
The application range of the Spiral Classifier：
Classifier is widely used
to separate the mineral sand with the ball mill composed the closed-loop circulation in the concentrating plant, or is used to separate mineral sand and fine clay in gravity ore dressing, and have a classification of the particle size for the ore pulp in metal beneficiation process and also use in the operation of dewatering and desliming in the washing ore. The machine has simple structure, easy operation and works reliably. The manufacture of the classifier uses the principle that different sizes of solid particle have different specific gravity and the subsiding-speed in the liquid is different. The fine mineral particles floating in the water overflow out of, the crude ore particles sink the bottom of the tank, and then pull upper by the screw to discharge and reach to classification mechanically. It can filter different grade material power grinded in the mill, then rotate out the coarse materials power in the open of feed by the spiral blade, and discharge the fine materials from the overflowing pipe. The bottom part of the machine uses channel, and the body is welded together by steel plates. The head of enter water of the screw shaft, shaft head use cast iron sleeve, wear durability. Lifting device divide into electric device and manual device.
