If you draw the balancer and then loose it, the balancer turn back and next time, if you draw it then loose, the spring tools balancer will keep it there with no lifting. It means self-locking. The stroke of this self-locking power master is 3.0 meters. Up to 5 kg spring tools balancer there are no self-locking function. The stroke is 1.5 meters.
