We manufacture all kinds of steel bush for earth mover application
Specification:
1.High Frequency
Hardening: High frequency hardening treatment is done after normalizing treatment with hardness from 167 to 229HB. Surface hardness is from 52 to 60HRC and hardening layer depth from 1.0 to 1.8MM, efficiently hardness 45HRC.
2. Carburizing and Quenching: The process is used for material 20、20CrMnTi and 20CrMo, hardness up from 58 to 63HRCand carburizing depth from 0.8 to 1.2MM.
3.Through Heat Treatment process is used for material 45、40Cr with gotten hardness from 40 to 52HRC. For material GCr15, hardness 58~63HRC will be gotten.
4.Surface engineering like Phosphating or spray MoS2 is available.
5.screw oil groove, 8 type oil groove, cross oil groove, net oil groove and oil socket are available on inside hole.
