Product Description:
Super Fine Wheat Thresher This machine is used to detach wheat grains from the harvested wheat crops
and separates clean threshed wheat grains from the chaff. We offer our clients with a qualitative and durable wheat thresher that is manufactured using superior quality iron sheets and gives 25% more output in an hour comparison to other threshers. It also have automatic feeding system which helps in sucking the crop instantly.
Features
Owing to special filtering unit fitted into it never breaks the grain while threshing the wheat crop
Cutters can easily change or replaced because of its best bolt system. Make sure that there is no vibration will damage the thresher even in single season. To insure the best performance of thresher, new bearing of best quality have been fitted and every bearing can be filled with lubricant separately. All precautionary measures have been taken while manufacturing the thresher to ensure its safety and performance.
It is outfitted with two wheels having large radius which facilitates it with easy movement from one place to other place.
It is available in P.T.O. shaft
Another major merit of the machine is, it consumes 30% less power and diesel which is another major merit of this machine
The husks and grain are entirely separated and blown in opposite direction because of its fanning system
It does not loose it sharpness as often as other router blades, as the router blades of the thresher are made out of high grade steels.
Because of its purity and quality, the grain obtained from the wheat thresher fetches Rs. 10 per 40 Kg extra earnings for the farmers.
