Nantong power plastic and rubber Co., LTD. Manufactures molded ,pultruced and phenolic fiberglass grating for industrial, commercial and recreational use.
Nantong power plastic and rubber Co., LTD. is an ISO 9001 certified company. It’s molded fiberglass grating has been approved by ABS(America Bureau of Shipping ,Type approval),molded gratings with four resin systems (General purpose ,Isophathalic ,Vinyl ester and Phenolic ) are independenly tested by outside agencies in USA as per (ASTM E-84),also our molded grating is stronger than ever with the introduction of the world’s only high strength molded grating according to the test by our partner in USA at a famous university.
1 Light Weight
At approximately a quarter of the weight of steel.
2.Higher Stiffness
All products is strength to weight ratio.
3.UV-protection
All products are added UV inhibitor into resin during process and a polyester surface veil is applied for optimum protection from the effects of weathering.
4.Fire Retardancy
Flame spread rating of class 1,25 or less, per ASTM e-84
