Working principle of small semi-auto dry mortar mixing plant:
small semi-auto dry mortar mixing plant : First the raw material is put into the feed hooper according to mixture ratio, and then, through the action of control system, the equipment can realize automatic feeding, automatic mixing and automatic rationing and packaging. Furthermore, the equipment adopts high-efficiency biaxial agravic mixer as its main mixing system. Requiring little investment and small area but with good efficiency, it shall be an ideal one for small and medium-sized company.
Features of dry mortar production line:
1, It features magnificent appearance, good quality, high productivity and accurate mortar proportioning.
2, The dry mix mortar production line uses a centralized control system, making the equipment easy to operate.
3, According to the layout type, it can be classified into tower type, self tower type and series type. Its up to the customers workshop area. The needed area is 500~5000m2.
4, We can provide one-stop service from design to installation according to our customers’ specific requirement.
Configurations of best quality small dry mortar mixing plant with latest German technology low cost:
Generally, annual output at 20, 000 tons production line will adopt 3-6 raw material storage silos, in which 2 large silos used for storage bulk cement and fly ash, the other small silos used for storage light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, and additives.
The bulk cement and fly ash will pump into the silos directly without conveying equipment.The light calcium, heavy calcium, sand and additive will need the elevator bucket to transfer the material into the storage silos. A smart distribution system realized one elevator bucket serve for more silos, with energy saving features. The screw conveyor will transfer the materials into the weighing bucket for automatic scale, the elevator bucket will transfer the weighinged material into the premix tank, with pneumatic discharging gate, the premix tank can discharge the material into mixer in short instant, to realize the continuous dry mortar production. The well mixed product will discharge into holding tank for standby via pneumatic discharge gate. Holding tank joint with packing machine by a soft connection, after product enter in packing machine, it will be filling and packing automaticlly. The large capacity production line can equip a belt conveyor in the back of packing machine, to transfer the finished product to the finished product area or truck.
