Product Description:
Qingdao Wuxiao Company can produce every types of Wind turbine tower. It is the tower units for wind
power turbine, which is applied with wind power Generator during wind power generation. It is the large diameter & thick steel pipe structure below the generator of a wind turbine that supports the turbine, houses the meters and wires, and keeps the turbine high above the ground level to protect the surrounding area and people from the force of the blades. It is also the main stressed components which need to be enough strength and rigidity to endure huge wind pressure and shearing forces. The base also serves to elevate the turbine above surrounding obstacles that could otherwise block the wind. The tower units are formulated to a large tube with a variety of accessories which include platforms, ladders, cable fixings, positioning of switchboard and so on. We manufacture them with high quality materials and sophisticated technology. We also completely remove rust of the tower unit surface and paint them good enough to withstand coastal salt fog climate and erosion and extend useful life.

Performance Standard
The materials and fabrication of tower units shall conform to the following standards.
Material: It is in accordance with the customer’s requirement for material selection. All the steel materials are used the noted Chinese steel plant products or produce them according to the customers special requirements or standard or our Chinese national standard.
Remarks: We have introduced API SPEC 5L Pipeline Steel Pipe Specification with up-level of requirements. We also can produce all the goods according to the customer’s Standard.
Welded requirements:
1 We used CO2 welding and submerged arc auto welding or other methods.
2 Welded seam shall be full penetration and grinded.
3 The welded product has no fissure, scar, overlap, layer or other defects.
4 Welding quality analysis will be performed in accordance with client’s requirements.
Certification:
We also supply Factory accept test, Warranty certification, Certificate of product quality
