surgical facemasks are single use, disposable, and high filtration. The masks are available in a full range, all made from healthcare-approved materials and Irema's microspunbond polypropylene filter media.
The design and manufacture of surgical facemasks at Irema Ireland benefits from over 25 years experience - expertise to help you meet your customer needs. Our manufacturing flexibility facilitates the development and production of exclusive product styles to meet customer requirements.
Irema's surgical facemasks are available with private labelling options.

Manufactured under ISO 9001:2000 approved quality system and GMP
CE marking approval
Fibreglass-free filter medium
Very high filtration efficiency (independent laboratory tested)
Very low Delta P enabling easy breathing (independent laboratory tested)
Sewn or ultrasonic welding construction
Highly absorbent anti-fog airlaid towelling, ideal for wearers of glasses
Encapsulated pliable nose-piece
Soft nonwoven material ensures comfort during prolonged wearing of masks
Optional printed company logo
Neutral odour
Irema's surgical facemasks are packed in 50, 80 or 100 per box under our "Facemate" brand, or alternatively with customer's own private label.
Specialist features such as blood splash resistance, with integral visor, respiratory protection for wearer, and large size for bearded persons, are also available
