Product Description
1. Main structure consists of cylinder, cutter holder, rack, hydraulic controller,
backgauge and electric controller. Finite-element analysis of main parts, Welding parts uses tempering and high frequency vibration etc processing methods to eliminate stress ensuring the structural strength and rigidity of each component。
2. Hydraulic swing beam shearing machine is one kind of equipment by swinging the upper blade to shear plate with smaller shearing angle and distortion, improving shearing quality.
3. Simple and effective blade adjusting mechanism, blade gap adjustment by a hand wheel, fast, accurate and convenient, improving the cutting quality.
4. Light aligning device, convenient for manual operation; pressure cylinder with built-in spring mechanism and bottom end furnished with special material gasket to prevent aluminum or other soft materials from being imprinted.
5. Backgauge is adjusted by high-precision ball screw driven by E21S controller, during the process frequency convertor prevent positioning device horizontal swinging, significantly improving positioning accuracy..
6. Stable and reliable hydraulic transmission; integrated hydraulic system is able to significantly alleviate problems causing by hydraulic fluid leakage.
7. Blades made by high-quality alloy tool steel capable enough to against impact load and high wear resistance when cutting。
8. With reference to ergonomic design, easy operation with E21S CNC system surface, improving the operation precision and comfortability.
9. Rolling ball workbench to reduce friction and prevent work piece surface from scratching; unique and practical safety guard, line with safety specifications, protect the personal safety; exquisite design, petty work piece can be done easily by hand.

Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system composed of gear pump, valve, pipe components and so on. Hydraulic system is from Bosch-Rexroth, Germany.All pipes, flange and joint with vibrations proof and leakage proof design and setting . All seals in cylinder is NOK from Japan, Hydraulic valve adopts composition valve series, pipeline fixed up pithy, maintain and debugging convenient. Hydraulic pipeline should to do acid-washing, then to install. System composed of three kinds circuits, press adjust circuit, synchromesh circuit, speed circuit.
While the pump motor work, the oil to the cylinder by the oil pipe.At first, the press cylinder down compress the steel plate, and the main cylinder start to work, the knife turret will down, cut the material.

Electrical Cabinet under the standard of IP65, Electrical under international CE Standard, safe and reliable, strong antiinterference capability.Protective fence and the safety interlock to ensure the operation safety.
