Product Description:
FMT-500 vertical drilling machining centre
The spindle motor passes a special high-speed arc circular
tooth-belt.
With the connection of belt pulley, it completes the main drive system to reduce the skidding phenomenon of belts. The motor speed is much more stable than transmission. In order to ensure the largest axial rigidity and machining precision, spindles adopt high-precision NSK P4 class bevel ball bearings to get the maximized span configuration according to the calculation and analyses. Standard speed is up to 8,000 rpm, optional 12,000 rpm or 15,000 rpm.
Controllers can adopt high stability of Japanese Mitsubishi or Fanuc control system.
High-precision ball screw machine adopts a C3 abrasive class ball screw of high-precision. There are bevel ball bearings (3 for one group) and pre-draw double-nut caps on both sides of ball screw to reduce accumulated heat error.
equipped with the fourth axis rotary worktable, the fourth axis can do polyhedral processing and reduce non-processing time for loading and unloading.
with high precise positioning is adopted , though after the long time use, it can still maintain high accuracy.
Spindle rotating part employs high-precision bearings to ensure stability of the running centre.
Minimum split angel is precise and commonly used in the spiral cutting work and sophisticated aerospace industry.
before the shipment, the machine has to go through no less than 72 hours of continuous testing to ensure the stability of the machine and reduce the trouble possibility of machines to the lowest point.and should pass all test such as Workpiece batch test ,Standard block test ,circularing test,Spindle homeostasis correction ,Laser correction ,To ensure the maximum efficiency of the product quality to meet the requirements of customers, the company has developed a complete quality controlling system, and uses the advanced test equipment technology to ensure the product quality.
