Electric
friction dyeing tester is mainly used to test the color fastness of colored fabrics, coatings, printing and dyeing products, the specimen is fixed at one end of the machine body, so that the friction head wrapped with white cotton fabric is in contact with the specimen, the reciprocal movement 10 times, remove the white cotton fabric and rating chart card for comparison, assess the fabric staining color fastness.

The staining of white cotton cloth for friction is judged according to the provisions of JIS L 0801 (determination of dyeing fastness).
According to the test results are divided into the following judgments.
A excellent: wet cloth test in the white fine cloth does not leave color.
B Fair: The color is left on the white cloth after the wet test, but no color is left on the white cloth after the dry test.
C Bad: The color is left on the white cloth after the dry cloth test.
