The functions of Stand low consistency hydrapulper are mainly mechanical effect of rotary plate impeller
and hydraulic shear effect produced by rotor when revolution. When the rotor is swinging, the pulp, paper, current are sucked along the central axis, and throw out of the rotor with high-speed then forming the strong turbulence cycle. Cause the impeller blow, tear the paper pulp and there is huge frication among flow layers with different pulp speed, therefore the pulp is broken, dissociated and the paper undissociated will be further defibering between the rotor impeller and screen plate, at last the fine pulp meeting the requirement will flow out through the screen holes which have certain specifications.
