Product Description:The Scratch Resistance Tester / Paint Film Scratch Resistance Tester is used to test and evaluate the
resistance to shear, scratch, planing, scuffing and engraving of anodized materials, rigid organic materials, powder coatings, soft metals, plastics, glass and paint adhesives.

Scratch resistance tester/paint film scratch resistance tester main parameters.
01. Input voltage: 220V/50Hz;
02. Control system: PLC + touch screen;
03. Drive mode: stepping motor drive;
04. Scratch speed: 0-25mm/s (adjustable);
05. Test number: 0-9999 times can be preset;
06. Test accuracy: ±2%;
07. Working table: 360°rotatable;
08. Scratch pressure: 10N ± 0.5N;
09. Scratching length: MAX200mm (adjustable);
10. Translation distance: MAX200mm (adjustable);
11. Scratching distance: 1-19mm (adjustable);
12. Scratching speed: 20mm/s±5mm/s(adjustable);
13. Scratching needle: hardened steel needle, tapered end, cone apex angle 40 degrees rounding radius 0.25mm ± 0.02mm (replaceable);
14. Scratching angle: scratching needle moving plane is perpendicular to the surface of the test piece, the inclination angle of 80 degrees or 85 degrees is applied in the direction of the scratching (exchangeable).
