Feature:
Low density, High specific strength, Excellent corrosive resistance, Rustless Good thermal stability, Good thermal conductivity, Biological features, plasticity, etc.
Applications:
Titanium tubes are widely applied to heat exchange equipment, such as tubular heat exchanger, coil heat exchangers, serpentine coil heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators and conveying pipelines and so on. For now, in many nuclear power industries, titanium tubes are used as the standard tubes for their units.

Surface treatment: The external and internal surfaces of tubes are washed by using nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
Surface quality: The surface has high accuracy and is clean and smooth. No oxidized layers. No pits, cracks, backfins, rolling skins, lumps, laminations, hair cracks and other defects.
Physical properties: Better elongation and strength. No deformation after cold bending. No cracks after flattening and flaring.
Test: Tensile strength test, flaring and flattening test, hardness test and test on chemical ingredients.
Production technology:
High quality titanium tube blank – precision cold-drawing – vacuum heat treatment – ultrasonic flaw detection – high hydraulic pressure test – two ends sealed by the dust covers
Quality control during production process:
We use domestic first-class rolling mill for titanium tubes and production process controlled by excellent internal and external moldings.
The products’ dimensional tolerance and ellipticity tolerance are controlled at a high level. Initial, in-process and final inspections are carried out to ensure product quality.
Material selection:
0A-grade, 0-grade and 1-grade sponge titanium produced by the largest sponge titanium manufacturer in China.
Test on physical and chemical properties can ensure that each batch of goods meet standards of ATSM.
After having holes, each titanium tube is tested and inspected within allowable dimensional tolerance. It can ensure higher tolerance of wall thickness and higher concentricity.
