Usage:
Stir the fish pulp, ice water and salt into a pulp, then add chicken, soya protein isolate, broken fat, starch and TG Enzyme into the mixture. Pour them into the mould, and let it stand at 0~4℃, then cook for 20 minutes.
Recommended dosage: 1‰-3‰ of the total material weight
Expiry date and storage:
The product should be under 10 celsius degree, avoid light, dry, sealed storage; To prevent moisture absorption and exposed to air for a long time. Shall not be storage with poisonous, harmful, and other contaminative material. In the case of properly storage, shelf life is one year.
