Product Description:
Traveling nut jack is composed of worm gear, worm shaft, bearings, oil seals, housing, lifting screw,
traveling nut. Its defined A keyed for traveling nut jack features a lifting screw keyed to the worm gear as a single unit, forcing the lifting screw to rotate, but not translate, A traveling nut, attached to the load, is driven by the rotation of the lifting screw. Loading capacities 0.5 ton, 1 ton, 2 ton, 3 ton, 5 ton, 10 ton, 15 ton, 20 ton, 30 ton, 40 ton, 50 ton, 100 ton.
Traveling nut jack and translating screw jack have the same input torque, as well as the efficiency and axial load ratings.
Features:
* It is not necessary for the lifting space of lifting screw, one can effectively use the stroke to the end point and it is convenient for use in limited space.
* A steady movement is possible even for a long stroke, it is easy to support lifting screw. lifting screw end is finished in round. Instead of using commonly using radial bearing, a trust bearing is adopted in lifting screw support. This design is a partially modified for reducing the side force even in a long stroke.
Take Care:
Traveling nut jack with a lift screw bearing support, loosen the bearing support fasteners and re-tighten to ensure that the lift screw is parallel to the guide system. Failure to do this could result in lifting screw stress fracture.
