explained the use of the cargo semi trailer and some precautions to the customer, of course we also have a detailed instruction manual and instructional video for customers' reference. This is one of the reasons why customers buy semi trailers at TITAN.
Here is a detailed introduction to the methods and precautions of drop side semi trailer maintenance.
1. Before putting the Drop side trailer into use, make preparations for inspection in accordance with the requirements of the "Instructions for Use". And tighten all external bolts and nuts once.
2. During the first 300 kilometers of the 3 Axle Drop side semi trailer, its parts and components are in a running state. At this time, the trailer weight should not exceed 80% of the rated load, and it should not be driven on muddy roads.
3. After Cargo semi trailer has driven 30-50 kilometers for the first time, check whether there is high heat or noise at the wheel hub and suspension bearing. If any abnormality is found, the cause should be found out in time and removed.
4. After the Side wall semi trailer has driven 300-500 kilometers, all bolts and nuts should be tightened once.
5. For the use and maintenance of diesel engines and high-pressure oil pumps of 60T drop side trailer, please refer to the instructions of the accessories.
