Description of Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve:
ZECO trunnion mounted ball valve is suitable for natural
gas, oil and gas, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries, sealing structure is divided into pre-ball sealing structure, post-ball sealing structure and double sealing structure, mainly according to the size of pressure, medium properties and sealing requirements to select.
Features of Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve:
1. ZECO trunnion mounted valve has self-relieving structure. When the pressure in the chamber of the valve body increases abnormally, the ball valve of the single-seal structure will conduct automatic pressure relief, and the ball valve of the double-seal structure will conduct pressure relief through the additional pressure relief device on the valve body;
2. ZECO trunnion mounted ball valve has the auxiliary seating emergency seal system. When the soft sealing surface is damaged and cannot be sealed, the corresponding sealant can be injected through the additional grease injection valve for emergency sealing. At the same time, the grease injection valve can also be used to flush and lubricate the seat area to maintain the normal operation state of the valve;
3. ZECO trunnion mounted ball valve can be designed as fireproof structure according to API 607 standard according to actual working conditions.In the case that the soft sealing surface can not be sealed after burning in the case of fire, the fireproof structure can prevent a large number of medium leakage to prevent the serious fire;
4. ZECO trunnion mounted ball valve has a locking device.In manual ball valve two full open and full closed position to prevent wrong operation can be designed according to customer requirements for the structure of the lock, this structure can be combustible medium such as oil or chemical production line and valve outside piping, avoid unpredictable line of undue vibration switch phenomenon.
