Product Description:
The MIDO208 is a compact line array system, light, simple and versatile product. The specified conception
is based on the latest electro-acoustical concepts and theoretical basics, including the new V-shaped horn loaded technology.
The MIDO208 shall be an passive or active 2-way loudspeaker system, the low section with 2 x 8-inch transducers in a bass-reflex tuned enclosure, the HF section with a 2-inch diaphragm compression driver o o loaded onto a 120 x 10 waveguide. As a full range system, the frequency response shall be 80 Hz to 18 kHz (-6dB).
The enclosure shall have a trapezoidal shape. Cabinet construction shall consist of 18 mm birch plywood with aluminum plates at front and rear. The front of the enclosure shall be protected by a black epoxy-coated, 1.8 mm thick steel grille that is covered with 5 mm thick acoustically-transparent
open cell foam.
Loudspeaker enclosures shall be installed using a dedicated rigging bumper and accessories. The enclosure shall have an integral rigging system that allows arrays to be assembled with variable angles between enclosures up to a maximum of 10 degrees.
The loudspeaker shall be used with an approved digital processor with OEM factory presets for active 2-way.
The MIDO208 Line array loudspeakers are used in small up to midsize applications, including touring, stadia, gymnasia, theatres, churches, multipurpose halls etc. And this being intended for small to midsize scale venues.
Besides, MIDO208 can be used either in a passive or active mode. Also, the choice of the present digital processor is to optimise frequency range, crossover and amp-limiting, in order to fulfil all expected conditions and to satisfy all types of users.
The MIDO208 combined with Trans-Audio SW series subwoofers can meet your applications of outdoor/ indoor sound reinforcement.
