The plate is equipped with two buttons, one for the cooler and one for the warmer. The unit measures only 5.71 in x 3.46 in x 1.57 in, which is why it can not cool down/warm up large cups. However, many users have pointed out that, despite its small size, it is functions pretty well, especially when you put metal cups / small bottles on it.
Some users claim to have purchased it just to keep their hands warm when it is too cold in the office: they push the “warmer” button and keep their hands on the plate for a few minutes.
Of course, the plate is supposed to be a drink cooler/warmer, but it is funny how people always manage to get the most from what they have, especially when it comes to computer accessories
