Product Description:
Gtown Iron Works 21, 000 gallon vertical stainless steel tank. Serial # 5636. HSB # 4886. Appears to
have been rated at 40 psi @ 450 f on the internal (see photo). Tank has a 3 sections of 3" internal set of coils with a total off 20 turns. Interior also has baffles and a CIP ball. Tank is insulated with a corrugated sheet metal skin. Tank has 144" diameter, 272" straight side height with 20" dish bottom and 20" dome top. Overall dimensions for shipping are 13' 8" wide x 33' 8" long with an overall weight is 33, 000 lbs. Tank sets on (6) 8" x 10" steel I beam legs (one leg is missing, may have been attached to another structure). Top has 18" bolted manway, (2) 4" site glasses, (3) 2.5" sanitary fittings, (3) 2" sanitary fittings, (4) 1.5" sanitary fittings, (2) 8" flanged fittings, a 10" flanged center fitting, 40" railing and 40" x 40" agitator mounting platform. Side has (6) 3" flanged fittings for the heating coils. Bottom has 2" sanitary fitting with cut off valve. Built in 1951. Good condition.
