Product Description:
Carrier stainless steel vibratory fluid bed dryer. Model QAC-1260S. Serial # 19872. Built 1988. The deck,
hood and plenum are constructed of 304 ss. The deck is 125" long and 12" wide has 1/8" drilled holes at 240 per sq ft. The infeed is 7.75" in diameter and the discharge is 5.75" in diameter. The plenum has (2) air intakes on each side. (The unit can be turn to flow in either direction). The plenum also has a clean out port at each end. Hood has (2) 9.75" exhaust vents which are contect with common went with butterfly control valves for air flow control. The hood also has (3) 6" diameter inspection ports. The 3 shaft vibratory system is driven by 2 hp motor and has a 3/16 stroke at 810 rpm. The unit sets on (4) 7" diameter Isolation springs. The dryer is equipped with dual train 500, 000 btu/hr gas valve burner system. Supply fan is 5 hp with 10" intake. There is also a 7.5 hp exhaust fan that is connected to a Fisher Klosherman model XQ-465-10 dust collector. Unit comes with control panel and manuals. (Is stored inside at our Warehouse) Good condition. The unit was last used to dry tea. Requires Good Condition. Ask about SPC 4424.
