QINSUNUV Carbon Arc Weather Meter simulates sunlight, condensation, and natural humidity. The samples
are tested in a simulated environment for days or weeks to reproduce the damage that may occur outdoors for months or years. (Note: This type of model is divided into two types: button type and color touch screen type for customers to choose, and non-standard machines can also be customized according to customer specifications.)
Main technical parameters and specifications of UV Carbon Arc weather Meter
1. Temperature range: RT10℃～70℃;
2. Humidity range: greater than 90%RH;
3. Distance between sample and lamp tube: 50±2mm;
4. Center distance between lamps: 70mm;
5. Irradiance: UVB3130.6W/m2; UVA3400.68W/m2;
6. Working size: W1140mm×H390mm×D400mm
7. Dimensions: W1300mm×H1360mm×D500mm
Structural Features of UV Carbon Arc Weather Meter
1. The inner shell of the equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the sample frame is composed of aluminum alloy frame type base frame liner and extension spring. The main controller of the equipment is an intelligent digital display control box. The user-friendly design of the operation method is easy to learn and use, and the operation of the boxes and meters of different functional grades are mutually compatible. The input adopts a digital correction system, and the commonly used thermocouple is built-in, and the measurement is stable.
2. With position adjustment and AI artificial intelligence adjustment functions, multiple alarm modes.
3. Although ultraviolet light (UV) only accounts for 5% of the sunlight, it is the main light factor that causes the outdoor durability to decrease. This is because the influence of sunlight's photochemical reaction increases as the wavelength decreases. Therefore, when simulating the destructive effect of sunlight on the physical properties of the material, it is not necessary to reproduce the entire sunlight spectrum. In some cases, only short-wave UV light needs to be simulated.
