Furnace using two-tier water wall, stainless steel heating chamber shape, Use of aluminum silicate fiber outsourcing tile-shaped insulating layer composed of molybdenum sheet, internal instal made of molybdenum with body heat.According to the process of sintering put large-minded accompanied by the phenomenon of dust, vacuum system using Additional powder large pumping speed trap high vacuum diffusion pump unit.By mechanical pump, Roots pump, diffusion pump component.using roots pump with high pumping speeds reduces the diffusion pump outlet pressure, diffusion pump to improve the working conditions, shortening roughing time make the process of sintering stage deflated rapidly excreted, avoid sintering material surface re-oxidation.
