Design features:
The vent system of 2BE1 series vacuum pumps adopts unique teflon valve plate structure
(water ring vacuum pump is ball valve structure). The valve plate covers the vent hole outside the flat disc, and is fixed by the stainless steel dam-board on the other side. The valve plate can vary its bent degree with the change of inlet pressure, which can make the transmitter eject from the pump when it gets the inlet pressure. This kind of structure can avoid the over pressurization in the vacuum system, and automatically adjusts the vent area to reduce the power consumption, which gets the best operating efficiency.
All for the sake of users, and put forward high efficient, practical and environmental friendly products.
Superimposed steam-water separator can reduce the noise efficiently.
Reserved inspired and vent flange is easy to install and operate.
Crucial wearing part bearings are all imported from Germany, which guarantee long time continuous running.
Castings are made according the export standards, which are all casted by resin sand and annealed.
