Product Description:Valspar Wear Tester
It is used to measure the wear resistance of the fabric when rubbed on a standard
abrasive or a silk screen that moves back and forth on a curved surface. Have special interest in fabric manufacturers in the automotive and furniture industries that meet US standards. The motor drive has 4 wear heads and an electronic digital counter to control the number of cycles.

Oscillatory Valspar Wear Tester Installation
1. Turn on the instrument
When you receive your vibrating cylinder tester, check the cartons for possible damage during transportation. Open the instrument carefully and thoroughly inspect the parts for damage or shortage. Report any damage and/or shortage of equipment to Chengxin Smart Customer Service.
2. Setting
After opening the vibrating cylinder tester, place the instrument in a flat and smooth room with constant temperature and humidity.
Plug the power cord into the back of the instrument. Make sure that the plug is securely inserted into the instrument.
When the power switch is off, plug the power cord into an appropriate power outlet. Ensure proper grounding.
