Product Description:
"MARSMAN" vibrating screens are designed to make sepration / filtration of crushed
material from fine
dust oversized. The screen frame, a bolted & welded steel structure, accommodates the screen mesh & the driver unit. The screen is designed by the assembly
of an eccentric shaft, made out of alloy steel & two no. of heavy duty double spherical
bearings with dust & water tight seals, for efficient operation & low maintenance.
The "MARSMAN" screen are driven by electric motor provided with the screen.
The screen frame rests flexible on four spring units provided on support construction.
so as the eliminate jerks to the supporting systems and to vibrate freely in a linear motion
The action of "MARSMAN" vibrating screen is independent of burden of material.
This is considered to be most salient feature which results in a very high ratio of through
output per unit of screen area.
