Introduction
The vibrating screen machine is specially designed and developed by our company for screening
fertilizers. The sieves are divided into two types: single layer and double layers. The mesh is made of high quality manganese steel with simple structure and convenient operation. The size of the grid can be selected according to your requirements.
Structure
The motor is transmitted to the vibrator drive shaft and the gear vibrator (speed ratio is 1). The three axes rotate at the same speed and produce vibration force.The vibration exciter is connected with the sieve box through high strength bolts to produce elliptical motion. The material is carried out at high speed elliptical motion on the sieving machine.The material are quickly layered and moved forward through screen mesh, then reach the good effect of screening.
