Description:
This machine is a newly developed equipment with integration of the extrusion, pulverizing
and granulating. It is widely applied in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industry with the feature of simple process, high output and easy cleaning, etc.
Features:
1. It is in conformity to the requirements of GMP;
2. It is equipped with the high quality stainless steel construction;
3. It adopts the fully sealed operation condition;
4. It can be adjusted by inverter;
5. The structure is compact and it is easy for cleaning and maintenance;
6. The operation is simple. It is equipped with PLC control and POD display.
Modular Design:
Filling and Feeding:
The built-in blender is in filling mechanism with natural vent channel, which is convenient for material transmission. The horizontal double screw feeder could convey the raw material uniformly. The vacuum vent system could increase the material compactability and output.
Extrusion Molding:
The circulating cooling system and adjustable temperature of roller guarantee the drug property of thermal sensitive substance. The water cooling channel is inside the roller, the negative circulating cooling system ensure no leakage. The forming pressure is adjustable.
Two-Grade Granulating:
Pre-crushing knife can reduce the content of fine powder before granulating. The two-grade granulating mechanism guarantees the powder's uniformity.
Reliable Electrical System:
Advanced control principle and reliable electrical parts ensure the accurate function realization of program and interlock protection.
Stable Hydraulic System:
Static pressure-keeping system can realize the stability and low noise in running, which is assembled by world leading brand hydraulic parts and accumulator.
