Ceramic Plunger Mud Pump
YB series hydraulic ceramic plunger mud pump
Description of ceramic plunger
mud pump:
The pump is the modified product of YB serials, max pressure is 3Mpa, 4Mpa, 5Mpa, it can transmit serous fluid with high density, high viscosity and with suspend particle, it can pump the fluid directly without mounting bottom valve. The pump works stable, less noise, with simple structure, easy maintaining. It can choose the proper motor according to the working pressure to achieve the best efficiency.
Principle of ceramic piston pump:
The plunger pump (piston pump) assembly creates a certain fluid delivery and keeps it to the pressure level necessary for the plant, where the pump is installed, to work regularly.
Ceramic hydraulic piston pump(piston pump) is, therefore, formed by two cylinders with porcelain piston, by suction and delivery valves, by an air tank and by a manometer, which is placed on the fluid delivery line to check the fluid pressure.
