Wire part:
1) Vat: It is press-type design without evener roll, made of carbon steel.
2) Mould: Φ1500,
facial width is 1800mm, sheet winding, axis of mould for carbon steel, steel pipe with thick wall, clutch-disk for iron casting, SS steel for stand, and outside winding SS slice and the space between two is 10mm.
3) Diffuser: Inflow from the main tapered pyramid pipe. Upflow branch pipe. Made of carbon steel..
4) Paper pulp outlet: Arc plate for carbon steel, outside cladding SS. Moving part is sealed with rubber. SS bolt adjust the clearance.
5) Pressure fan: Model for Y90S-4/1. 1KW. Made in the own factory.
6) Bearing and bearing body: Model of bearing for 3615, ZWZ. Bearing body made of casting iron, frame for oil sealing. 2sets
7) Couch roll: Φ420×1850 1 pc. Roll for steel pipe and surface with rubber coating. Hardness for 38±20, Model of bearing: 1513, ZWZ. Bearing body is casting iron, 2sets.
8) Vacuum box: Made of plastic board, oblique triangle design, face plate for wear-resisting calcium plastic board, 1pc.
9) Sealing board and sealing belt: Sealing plate for wear-resisting calcium plastic board, while sealing belt for rubber.
