Product Description:
Chipper is stationary drum chipper destinated to shred branches, tree trunks and edgings with flat surface,
round timbers, different kind of the sawmill and furniture wastes with width to 280 mm and 140 mm of the height.
The chipper control system composes switchbox making functions turning on, work control, overloading control and drive turning off. Cutting system composes drum with six cutting knives.
The screen application in chipper construction assures achieving high regularity of the chips, while hole diameter of the screen determines chips dimensions.
The charging material is transported to the chipper choke using two toothed, feeding rollers driven by motoreductors.
Device is driven by electric motor with power 22 kW.
The chips reception can be performed pneumatically using sucking fan through rotational chimney 360 grades in relation to base or using belt reception conveyor.
The chipper is equipped in electronic work control system which automatically protects against overloading of the cutting unit through temporary stopping of the feeding unit.
The chipper Skorpion 280 EB/6 can collaborate with belt loading and transportations systems.
The basic set of devices contains chipper, switchbox and optional loading and unloading conveyor.
Obtained technological chips can be used for direct burning in the heaters for chips or as raw material for paper, furniture plates production or after secondary shredding by beater mill used for briquette and pellets production.
