Introduction of WSF618A-02 Precise Winder:
WSF618A-02 Precision Winder is a kind of hank winding machine.
This precision winding machine has an active unwinding device. Also a type of closed-loop control system is installed on this wool winding machine, that makes this new machine can:
(1) With less yarn rewinding loss after dyeing;
(2) Keep yarn elasticity;
(3) Control yarn tension and have a good forming.
The unwinding device on the hank precision winding machine will feed yarn actively with the foundation of tension. Through this device on the wool winding machine you can make less damage in forming process of yarn winding and have a high quality of yarn.
We can set the tension of yarn conveniently by the tension sensor on the hank precision winding machine. Yarn length is always monitored by system on the wool winding machine and motors will stop while bobbin is full or yarn is broken.
Every single spindle on this hank precision winding machine has its single motor to control winding speed. It includes slow start function, and winding speed frequency auto adjustment function. Each of spindles on this hank precision winding machine is independent.
