Product Description:YG461E-II Air Permeability Tester
The clothing, bedding and other fabrics we need in our daily life
all have requirements for air permeability. A fabric with a certain degree of air permeability or good air permeability will make people feel refreshed, breathable and comfortable during wearing and use.
Materials such as industrial textile filter cloth and parachutes also have special requirements for air permeability.
The YG461E-II air permeability tester independently developed by our company uses a mass flow meter as the value transmission system for the air permeability test, which solves the problem of traceability of the air permeability test and greatly improves the measurement accuracy.
The instrument is mainly used for automotive interior materials, polyurethane foam, PVC, leather, industrial fabrics, non-woven fabrics, coated fabrics and other industrial papers (air filter paper, cement bag paper) that need to control air permeability, Industrial filter paper), plastics, and chemical products and other materials for air permeability testing.
Working principle: When the pressure difference between the front and back sides of the sample reaches the specified pressure difference, the air flow that flows vertically through a certain area of the sample within a unit time is tested.
Compliant with standards: FZ/T 64078-2019 Meltblown nonwoven fabric 4.6 Air permeability, GB/T 24218.15, GB/T5453, GB/T13764, ISO 9237, EN ISO 7231, AFNOR G07, ASTM D737, BS5636, DIN 53887, EDANA 140.1, JIS L1096, TAPPIT251 and other standards.
Instrument characteristics:
1. Color touch screen display operation, support Chinese and English selection, can be connected to computer printer;
2. The instrument is simple to use, it can be operated directly on the screen, or it can be controlled by a computer. The computer can display the dynamic curve of pressure difference-air permeability in real time, which is convenient for controlling product quality and allows R&D personnel to understand the air permeability of the sample more intuitively;
3. Data processing capacity: each batch can be added up to 3, 200 times, and 2000 groups of data can be stored;
4. Range of sample pressure difference: 1～2500Pa;
5. Measurable fabric thickness: ≤8mm;
6. Air permeability measurement range and scale value: (0.8～14000)mm/s(20cm2), 0.01mm/s;
7. Using high-precision imported micro-pressure sensor, the measurement result is accurate and the repeatability is good;
8. Equipped with a standard calibration orifice plate, which can quickly complete the calibration. Automatically adjust to find the appropriate measurement range during testing, fully realize fully automatic measurement, and complete accurate measurement with one button;
9. The instrument adopts a long-arm clamping handle, pneumatic clamping, can measure larger samples without cutting, and can fully meet the clamping requirements of various materials, greatly improving work efficiency;
10. Two test methods are available: ①, rapid test (a single test time is less than 30 seconds, and the result is quickly obtained); ②, stable test (the fan exhaust speed increases at a uniform speed, reaches the set pressure difference, and the pressure is maintained for a certain period of time) The results are very suitable for some fabrics with relatively small air permeability to complete high-precision testing);
