Functional description
This machine is suitable for food processing plants. The corn flour and coarse grain flour were stirred with water by the stirrer. The mashes were pushed into the first cylinder where the mechanical energy is converted into thermal energy with the propeller’s continuous squeezing. When the temperature rises to 80-120 degrees, the raw materials start ripening. Then the materials enter the second cylinder, under the action of the continuous squeezing, materials are made into coarse grain noodle. By cooling and aging technique, a very popular food is eatable.
