Features
Unique embryo selection structure can regulate
the height of embryo according to the different corn quality; can achieve high embryo efficiency while the yield fluctuates within a certain range;
Unique screen surface structure, using less wind, embryo sieve inclination can be adjusted in the range of 9-14°according to the different materials to achieve the best process effect;
Compact structure, simple and stable operation, stable mechanical performance, small footprint;
Unique room structure guarantees the corn without embryo;
Enclosed structure, no dust, clean and green, easy to operate, air volume can be adjusted, a negative pressure display device;
Reciprocating mechanism, using of rubber bearing in the hinge part, small vibration, low noise.
Functional description
This machine classifies the germ according to the different proportion and suspension velocity between germ and corn particle. Under the effect of reciprocating directional tilt movement of the sieve, corn kernels move to the discharge end. With the effect of gravity, germs which on the top flow to the exit part, thus, making the separation of germ from the corn.
The machine is mainly used for deep corn processing, alcohol and feed enterprises, to improve the utilization value of corn products. It is preferred equipment for the medium and small corn-generation processing and embryo selection plant.
