Machine Description
Bottles seizing and releasing are effectuated by air inflation and deflation of the grippers. Products on conveying table could be exactly and reliably loaded into cartons by mechanical, pneumatic and electrical control .
Double four-bar linkage is equipped to make the bottles lift, move and fall. Fast no-loading return design could improve producing efficiency.
Rational mechanical construction, reliable pneumatic device and advanced electrical control technology features the machine advanced technology and convenient maintenance.
Carton single locating device is suitable for crates in different dimensions.
Non-oil lubrication pneumatic elements could achieve low noise and avoid oil contamination.
Frequency-control, speed adjustment, PLC controlling technology, and monitouch are adopted to reach high automatization
