ZDG high-concenteation hydraulic drum pluper is the pulping device used in the waste paper pulp process,
which is used for high-level mixed waste paper, industrial packaging, OCC, ONP and hard-pulping AOCC. This machine has solved the problem that the traditional water pulping device break the impurities in the stock, which set pulping and screeing into one, so it can finish the two processes once. Because there is not cutting strongly in the pulping, and it is possible to retain the original paper fiber’s length and toughness, the impurity is almost completely discharging out of the machine, so it reduces the possibility of waste impurities flushing into the stock chest, and reduces the burden of following equipment clearing impurities. Due to it is pulping under high concention, when the pulper is used in the waste paper deinking system, the role of the chemicals is more intense, so it can reduce the consumption of chemicals, and shorten the time dealing with the stock. So ZDG high-concenteation hydraulic drum pluper has the obvious energy-saving effect, and is a kind of new, energy-saving, advanced waste paper pulping equipment.
