ZDS21-25 series MC pulper
Composed with a low consistency pulper, slushing waste paper stock at the
consistency of 15-17% results in saving energy 20-30%. The impurities in waste paper stock are easily detached from fiber without being smashed into small pieces easily and thus help cleaning of downstream process.Compared with low consistensy pulping, it can save heat and power by 50%as well as chemical by 20% respectively.
