The flotation deinking tank is used to the pulp and paper industry
with the flotation pronciple, removal of the dust and ink particles in the paper pulp, to obtain high-quality pulp.
Equipment Introduction:
ZFE11-25 flotation deinking tank uses ladder-type occurs diffused bubble component, self-priming air, resulting in different levels of turbulence, forming many tiny bubbles which are distributed in the pulp and adsorption ink particles floating in the slurry to the surface overflow to discharging in the foam tank.
The machine is usually configured as 1 stage five flotation cells in series, 2 stages a flotation tank, can also select the number of flotation cells in the first stage based on user requirements and type of waste paper deinking pulp. 1st flotation pulp is used to improve the purity of whiteness, 2nd flotation is used to improve pulp yield under the premise of without reducing the brightness and cleanliness of pulp. The flotation cells connected with each other, using the exact same pulp pump, together with a liquid level control loop.
Compared with other conventional flotation cells, this flotation cell has advantages as follows: large throughput, small footprint, wide separate ink range, low fiber loss, simple and reliable liquid level control. Especially in the removal of dust, particles with greater advantages.
