Product Description:
This product is comprised of zinc phosphate, nitrate and various kinds of additives.When metals are
dipped into the slightly acidic solution made with phosphating agent and promoters, a chemical reaction takes place among them and a layer of grey protective film that is insoluble in water is created on the surface of the metals.
The protective film has compact crystals and enjoys excellent properties of
corrosion resistance, heat resistance and electrical insulation.
Besides, physical properties of the metals, such as hardness, elasticity, magnetism
remain unchanged after the phosphating treatment.
Low-temperature processing
Fast formation of protective film

Convenient management
Time needed:3～8 minutes(soaking), 1～3minutes(spraying)
