Disk pelletizer's corner adopts the structure of overall circular arc and the ratio of
forming particles reaches 93% or more. This granulating disk has three discharge holes, which facilitate intermittent production, largely reduce labor intensity and raise labor efficiency. The speed reducer and motor use flexible belt for transmission, which makes stating smooth, slows down the impact force and lengthens the usable time. The bottom of granulating disk uses several radiation steel plates to reinforce, thus it is sturdy and durable and will keep its shape permanently. The chassis is thickened, weight adding and sturdiness makes the operation steady and foundation bolt unnecessary. The main wheel gear of granulating disk adopts high-frequency quenching, making its operational life span doubled. The lining of velum uses the high-strength glass fiber reinforced plastic which is antiseptic and durable.
