The machine consists of hopper, vibrating chamber, connecting shaft and electric motor.
In the vibrating chamber, there are eccentric gear, rubber software, main shaft and bearing and so on. The adjustable eccentric heavy hammer is conveyed to the center line of the main shaft after being driven by the motor, then the centrifugal pull is formed under the unbalanced state and it makes the material strength changed and form the track eddy.
The amplitude of the weight adjuster may regulate by changing the different material and the meshed of screens. It's small in size, low in noise and energy consumption, high quality. Its structure is compact and it won't raise dust during process.
