The grinder has an independent computer control console, and it’s a high-precision
dual-head automatic knife grinding machine, it is full-feature, its appearances are grand, its design is advanced and the operation of its equipments is humanized. It is the knife grinder equipment which represents advanced productive forces
It is made according to years of knife grinder’s precision manufacturing experience and absorbs the advanced technology from Germany. It is a new type of grinding machine which sets sharpening, polishing in one. The main electrical and main parts’ bearing adopt the imported original ones, and it has reached the technological level of imports of similar knife grinders.
Its gantry-type body adopts carbon constructional quality steel which has been heat treatment; its wheelhead transmission is rolling positioning linear guide. The water-cooled motor patented technology allows the cooling water spray from the wheel center so that the effect of cooling becomes better. The rotation speed of wheelhead and grinding wheel are controlled by the inverter, the speed of them are adjustable. The paste-type cylindrical grinding wheel can extend 1 / 3 service life more, the polishing woolwheel can fully debur the blade.
It is widely used in straight blade such as paper-cutting tools, plastic cutting tools and cloth cutting tools, wood working tools, doctor blade, tools for press brake and shearing machine etc.
It is an ideal grinding equipment for the printing, paper, wood, plastic leather, making panels and other industries, and it is the best choice for the grinding centers.

01. Centralized refueling devices: lubricating the main box, lift pallet, elevated screws
02. Grinding wheel automatic feed: automatic feed to grind knife
03. The polishing wheel head removes the knife chip devices: using combined wool wheel polishing, can fully remove the knife chip
