Product Description:
WE67K 100Ton Hydraulic Press Brake Machine
This machine combined with left and right frame, worktable,
cylinder, ram and oil tank etc. The cylinder is positioned in center face of the frame with the reasonable force, high strength and good rigidity, and easy for transportation, installation and commission. The hydraulic system can prevent the machine from overload when the thickness of the plate is changed or the wrong selection of the bottom die's opening width. Otherwise, the machine features a smooth and reliable performance and easy operation. It has the functions of inching, single cycle and continuous operation, The working pressure is constant over the entire stroke.
A compensation system is installed under the bottom die to ensure a higher bending accuracy, the sheet can be bent into various shape with different dies prepared by the user. The machine can also punch holes if equipped with necessary devices.

The frame is steel plate welded construction with high strength and good rigidity.
100t CNC Brake Press Machinery Frame
The frame is welded and formed by the left and right side frames, worktable, oil tank etc. the worktable is seated at the bottom of left & right side frames while the oil tank and side frames are welded together as an entity to improve either the strength and rigidity of frame or the radiation area of oil for a normal operation of hydraulic system.\
Synchro press brake Ram Mechanism
The ram is made from a complete plate and is connected together with the piston rod in oil cylinder, which is fixed on the left and right side frame to make piston rod driving ram moving up and down through hydraulic system.
Brake Press Hydraulic System
The machine is equipped with special hydraulic system from ARGO-HYTOS company Germany, and reliable performance. Motor, pump and valves are mounted on the oil tank to improve integration and reduce noise. In order to ensure that the ram rapid move down, an internal oil filling valve in cylinder is adopted to increase the moving speed of ram and compact the machine structure.
