technology of the highest standard. Company disc springs and clamping components comply with the highest worldwide quality standards. Products are manufactured in Daaden, Germany - combining extensive know-how, modern quality control and decades of experience.
Mubea has specialized in the production of quality disc springs for more than 40 years. Because of their versatility, disc springs are used in a large variety of industrial applications, ranging from safety valve systems placed 3000 m below sea level to satellites in outer space. Additionally, Mubea also excels in the production of related products, such as complex precision stamped parts and high-quality clamping components.
Disc springs in compliance with DIN 2093, as well as our own internal standards. Mubea manufactures disc springs with an outside diameter up to 800 mm, as well as internally and externally slotted disc springs, and wave springs. In addition to 51 CrV 4 (SAE 6150), Mubea permanently stocks a variety of antimagnetic, corrosion- and heat-resistant materials for special applications. This also gives Mubea the flexibility in its production processes to be able to respond quickly to customer needs.
Mube spring and Disc used on verities of industries like: Manufacturers of sprinkler systems, door hinges and fittings, shock absorbers disc, printing, ship building, bridge building, railway cars disc, diesel engine components, deep drill machines for the, roller mill equipment, ball casters, machine and tool construction, electric control units, iron and steel industry, overload and sliding clutches, people and equipment elevators, belts and conveyer etc.
Mubea sets high standards for our employees, processes, quality, service, and suppliers. Therefore, Mubea maintains the following certifications: DIN EN ISO 9001, QS-9000, VDA 6.1, AVSQ 94 and ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 140001. Our conformance to these standards is verified by registered auditors yearly.
