About
the Designer
Orly Rodrigue brings a breadth of artistic knowledge and appreciation, as well as significant experience to her brand, La Robe Bleue. A graduate of both Studio Berçot Fashion Design School in Paris, and the Shenkar School of Design in Israel, Orly Rodrigue continued to pursue her academic studies, earning an MA degree in Art History from the Sorbonne. After accumulating more than ten years of hands-on experience as a designer with some of the top fashion houses in Paris, she went on to establish her own brand of couture in 2004. Following an initial period in Paris, the company offices and manufacturing center moved in 2007 to Haifa, Israel, Orly’s hometown, from where its fashionable lines are exported to customers worldwide.
