QTJ4-18 block shaping machine
1. This machine adopts the up and down pressure of three bars and shape
only one time. It can be stacked immediately after shaping. It is currently the newest type of the blocks shaping machine at home.
2. Electric control system adopts PLC programmable controller equipped with data input and output devices, control systems include security logic control and fault diagnosis system.
3. Importation of computer appliances seals, hydraulic components use high dynamic performance proportional valve to accurately control the action of the key components.
4. The manufacture of the body uses high-precision, high-strength cast steel and special welding techniques and materials, and it is figured with good rigidity, anti-vibration, long life.
5. The machine uses the way of the four-oriented to ensure accurate movement of the indenter and mold.
6. This machine uses the hydraulic pressure and shaping by the vibrating together the plate and mold, uses round-oriented feed device, short cycle of the shape, high production efficiency, high strength of the density of the blocks, precise dimension.
7. Using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic integration technology makes every cycle in the course of the device running consistent, so the stability of the forming products is high and scrap rate is low.
8. A machine has many purposes; the replacement of mold can produce different specifications of the perforated brick, hollow block, curb stone, paver brick and planting grass and trees brick, grille brick and other concrete products.
9. Can program according to production need to achieve the running of the manual, semi-automatic, automatic actions.
